Erika Jordan is a doctoral student in Marriage and Family Therapy and therapist-in-training based in Southern California. With a background in sociology and behavioral science, she approaches mental health through both an individual and systemic lens — focusing on the patterns people repeat and why.
Before shifting into psychology, Erika worked in media and entertainment, including Playboy TV and multiple film and television roles.
