Lowela Jotie
Lowela Jotie (February 8, 1979, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) is a Canadian actress and dancer of Filipino descent. She began her career as a professional dancer and completed 13 years of formal dance training. During her eight-year dance career, she performed worldwide and worked with renowned artists.
Her acting career started after training at the William Davis Centre for Actors Study in Vancouver. She appeared in films such as Saving Silverman (2001), Impulse (2008), and Taming Tammy (2007). She also had uncredited roles in The 6th Day (2000) and The Lizzie McGuire Movie (2003).
On television, she appeared in Psych, Motive, Saved, and 49th and Main. In addition to her work as an actress, she continues to be active as a choreographer and dance instructor.
