Erlend Mørch
A Norwegian comedian, actor, director, writer and journalist from Oslo. Mørch studied at Westerdals Oslo School of Arts, Communication and Technology, a university dedicated to media studies and creative subjects. In his early career, Mørch worked with comedy collective Humornieu producing short skits published to YouTube. Later working as a journalist for the culture focused magazine NATT&DAG, writing articles focused on politics and social media. In 2020 he co-created and co-wrote the show, Sigurd Fåkke Pult, with Steinar Klouman Hallert for Discovery Norway, launching his career in mainstream Norwegian media.
In early 2023 Mørch started the podcast Radio Mørch, a one-on-one dialogue format with guests for each episode. Later the same year, it was announced that he had signed with the Norwegian national broadcasting channel NRK, where he would create new content in addition to producing Radio Mørch. Soon after the move to NRK, a new podcast named Både Erlend og Steinar was launched with Steinar Klouman Hallert as co-host, where the focus of each episode would be discussion of thought experiments from both the audience and the hosts themselves. This collaboration with Steinar Klouman Hallert continued when the two co-wrote and co-created the animated show Hellerudsvingen for NRK in 2024.
