Park Sung-woo
Park Sung-woo (박성우; born June 7, 1988) is a South Korean actor and model.
A graduate of Sejong University’s Department of Film Arts, Park Sung-woo officially began his acting career in 2010 with a supporting role in the film Petty Romance. He spent several years building his portfolio through minor film roles and modeling work.
He first gained widespread public recognition in 2017 when he participated as a trainee on the Mnet survival reality show Produce 101 Season 2. Though eliminated in the earlier rounds, his unique presence earned him the nickname 'Kkachi Bal Sonyeom' (Tip-toe Boy), which significantly boosted his public profile and provided a solid foundation for his subsequent acting career.
Following his exposure on the survival program, He transitioned into lead and supporting roles in various dramas, particularly in the web drama sphere. His notable early works include the fantasy comedy web drama Oh! Dear Half-Basement Goddesses (2017) and the romantic comedy I Have Three Boyfriends (2019), where he played one of the main leads, Min-joon.
In recent years, He has taken on more prominent roles in traditional television and cable dramas, demonstrating his range across historical and contemporary genres. He was featured in the popular historical comedy Knight Flower (2024) as Cho Sung-hoon and appeared in the romantic historical drama Missing Crown Prince (2024) as Heo Jin-soo.
