Ayako Omura
Ayako Omura (born December 19, 1984) is a Japanese actress, television personality, and model affiliated with Ito Company.
During the 1990s, Ayako Omura made a name for herself by appearing in various projects such as the TV drama "Yokai Newspaper" and the film "New Toilet's Hanako-san," where she acted alongside Yuko Nomura, Ai Maeda, and Maya Hamaoka. Together, they became known as the "Four Heavenly Kings of Chaidoru" and even formed a group called "Pretty Chat," which also released music.
After graduating from Horikoshi High School and later from Seijo University, Ayako Omura decided to pursue a serious acting career. She recalls that her dedication to acting truly began with the drama "The Ugly Duckling," where she received advice from the director to perform the kind of acting she truly wanted to do. This experience led her to actively engage with acting and earn praise from the director, ultimately sparking her realization that "acting is fascinating."
In addition, she shared a close friendship with Yuka Nomura, her fellow "Chaidoru" member, and they were classmates at university. They both participated in a club called the "European Culture Study Group," where they presented research on interior design and European films.
